Campus & Microcinema Event Space
Acoustic Java’s Coffee Campus & Microcinema is available by appointment for private functions. With 1,500 square feet of indoor event space, an outdoor patio, an espresso and pour over coffee bar, and a movie projector, the intimate space is perfect for unique events.
We charge flat fees by the hour based on attendance and your equipment and staffing needs.
Event space rental only (rates subject to change):
50-60 attendees (including hosts) = $200 per hour of “event time”
30-50 attendees (including hosts) = $175 per hour of “event time”
25 attendees or less (including hosts) = $125 per hour of “event time”
+ $75 per hour for pre-event “set-up time”
+ $100 post-event “maintenance and cleaning fee” (under 25 attendees)
$150 post-event “maintenance and cleaning fee” (over 25 attendees)
